Call for Papers: Personal Genomes Special Issue

Genome Research is still accepting submissions for a special issue, entitled Personal Genomes and Variation, devoted to whole genome analyses, including those emerging from the 1000 Genomes Project, and applications in biology and disease.

The editors of Genome Research are seeking submissions of manuscripts that describe novel biological insights gained from individual genome comparisons, targeted resequencing efforts to find rare variants that contribute to disease phenotypes, cancer genomes, ancestral reconstructions, and methods to characterize variation within and across populations.

The deadline for submissions has been extended as the issue is expected to coordinate with the primary 1000 Genomes Project publication. Please submit online at submit.genome.org and indicate in the cover letter that you wish your manuscript to be considered for this issue (include keyword "Personal Genomes").
